About the role 
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. You will work closely with project teams to facilitate the smooth flow of information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

Maintain and manage all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence, using the company’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company standards and client requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents. Track document status and provide regular updates to project teams. Generate reports on document control activities as required.  Ensure compliance with document control procedures and policies. Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to standards. Provide support and training to project teams on document control processes and systems.

 
Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the offshore or energy sector. Proficient in using EDMS (e.g., SharePoint), MS Office applications, and other relevant software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
