Effectively manage the collation, distribution, upload, retrieval and labelling of bid and project documents including drawings, samples, project correspondence, technical files and operations and maintenance manuals for the purposes of achieving a smooth bid and project process.

Establish and maintain good communications with internal and external stakeholders by understanding customer documentation requirements to accurately and timely manage the input, retrieval and internal circulation of project documents stored on the customer electronic document management system for the purposes of achieving a smooth bid and project process.Team
Contribute to the team objectives through collaboration, coordination, and effective communication by advising on the document requirements of the customer and ensure individual accountability for output and results.Customer Focus
Build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers by understanding customer document requirements and internal functional needs, serving as a contact to accurately and timely support on bid and project documentation through working with the necessary teams.Process Compliance
Compliance with organisational processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely project documentation submission, including drawings, samples, project correspondence, technical files and operations and maintenance manuals, by understanding customer requirements and working closely with the necessary teams.Organisational Complexity
Navigating the internal operational complexities relating to bids and projects by understanding bid and project timescales and requirements and working closely with the necessary teams.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a Document Controller roleExperience within the construction industry desirableGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood working knowledge of document control systems such as electronic document management systems, eg Asite, Aconex“A” Level Maths and English qualified and/or equivalent relevant experienceIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
