UGL are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Perth.
UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction, and maintenance service, we partner with some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies and government agencies, private enterprises and public institutions making us the number one contractor in Australia.
As part of the energy transition, we need experienced engineers to undertake essential design construction services for critical infrastructure. UGL has a great record in completing renewable sector associated projects including Solar Farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission Lines, Substations and electrical distribution. Our proven delivery means we have an exceptional pipeline.
What will a day in this role look like:
Acquisition, recording, filing and distribution of relevant Australian and International Standards and ProceduresControl the identification, registration, distribution, and retention of all design, client, and vendor documentation.Enforce Document Control Procedure as requiredSet up the Project Drawing files after verification that all drawings issued by client or other parties are in accordance with the associated transmittal.Log receipt of technical queries, improvement requests, engineering change notices, construction change notices, material receiving reports and over, short and damage reports. Issue to the appropriate personnel for review and action.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
