Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Document Controller located in Castle Mills, Kendal.

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will assist with the day-to-day online documentation process, taking control of uploading and submitting documentation using various online platforms.

What a typical day looks like:

To edit documentation in line with LDC requirementsTo liaise directly with end clientThe ability to self-manage time critical documentationGenerate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposesCopy, scan and store documentsReview and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) with direction from the teamDistribute project-related copies to internal teamsFile documents in physical and digital recordsCreate templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees and clientsManage the flow of documentation within the organizationMaintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Ability to converse clearly & concisely with LDC & the teamAbility to learn & self-mange online document platformsFantastic PC, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to organise own workload and use initiative.Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives.Conduct your role in a professional manner with internal teams and clients.High level of organisation. Efficient with thorough methods of working.Some travel may be required to visit client sites and attend meetings.
