Wood is recruiting for a Document Controller to join its Process & Energy team, focusing on collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), management of site facility drawings and information requests, and work processes on large scale EPCm projects the Life Sciences industry. This is a permanent staff role based at a client site in Ware, Hertfordshire.

Wood is recruiting for a Document Controller to join its Process & Energy team, focusing on collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), management of site facility drawings and information requests, and work processes on large scale EPCm projects the Life Sciences industry.

This role is based at a client site in Ware, Hertfordshire and is a permanent staff role.

The role

In your dual role as Document Controller, you will split your time evenly between Capital Projects Engineering and the client drawing office. For Capital Projects, you'll manage all technical engineering, supplier & third-party documentation, ensuring compliance with document management procedures. For the client drawing office, you'll handle information requests, coordinate updates to site facility drawings, manage supplier documentation, facilitate data transfer to digital systems, and oversee hard copy archiving.
