We are seeking a Document Controller to join our BV construction team. The Document Controller will be responsible for the organization, management, and control of all project-related documentation. The Document Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all project team members. Key Responsibilities Manage all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all project team members Develop and maintain project filing systems and document control procedures Coordinate with project team members to ensure that all documentation is reviewed and approved in a timely manner Distribute documentation to project team members as required Maintain a log of all project-related documentation and ensure that all documentation is properly tracked and accounted for Prepare reports on document control activities as required Ensure that all project-related documentation is properly archived and stored in a secure location Management Responsibilities Individual ContributorPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with document control software and systems Knowledge of construction industry standards and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
