Document Custodian Vault Analyst

Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 1 month Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Document Custodian Vault Analyst to support vault operations. Ideal for candidates comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for physical document handling, organization, and retrieval. Primary Responsibilities: Pull physical files from storage shelves as requested. Ensure accurate return of files to correct locations. Maintain orderly and organized vault area. Follow established procedures for document custody and tracking. Scope of Responsibilities: Handle physical documents with care and accuracy. Perform tasks that require standing and light lifting throughout the day. Communicate status and escalate issues when necessary. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for long periods and perform minimal lifting. Comfortable with physical work involving file handling. Education and Experience Preferred: Previous experience in records management or clerical work. Familiarity with vault or secure file environments. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
