Document Imaging Specialist
**POSITION PROFILE** The Field Representative I, Document Imaging ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining company standards of quality and output through the preparation, scanning, inspection, compilation, and assembly of documents. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform full-level work to convert hard copy letters, forms, and other paper documents into electronic imaging formats. + Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, rubber bands, etc. + Review paper records against electronic documents to verify image quality and identify missing documents. + Verify and correct image/document errors as needed. + Maintain productivity and quality levels in accordance with established standards. + Review each scanned record for accuracy and clarity. + Scan all new documentation received, including loose paperwork. + Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality, error-free work. + Achieve time productivity statistics by meeting established standards. + Maintain optimal machine performance, including clearing jams and refilling toner. + Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner. + Communicate issues effectively and promptly to the manager. + Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation. + Ensure customer satisfaction by performing error-free work per customer specifications using various imaging technologies. + Perform additional duties, including shipping & receiving and handling USPS, as needed. **Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic PC skills and computer data entry experience. + Basic typing and data entry skills. + Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Strong critical thinking and attention to detail. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus. + Ability to retain information and maintain high accuracy. + Team-oriented with positive, productive relationships with coworkers, management, and other departments. + Adaptable to changing situations and flexible in approach. + Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. + Familiarity with EDMS, computer databases, and other computer software. + Ability to analyze situations and take appropriate action. + Capable of performing repetitive work while maintaining quality and output standards. **Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands** + Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, depending on work volume and customer needs. + Able to work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels. + Ability to manage moderate stress and cope with stressful situations for extended periods. + Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours per day. + May require lifting and moving supplies up to 50 lbs. from the floor to waist height, carrying them up to 10 feet, and lowering them back to the floor. _The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
