As required by RCW 40.14, RIG is responsible for managing records in all formats that are created and received by UW Medicine in compliance with laws and regulations relating to the preservation and destruction of public records. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** The Document Integrity Governance Analyst, a Records Analyst 1, assists with the governance of records and information by ensuring the integrity of the electronic medical record (EMR) and other business systems and applications. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Ensures the integrity of the electronic medical record (EMR) and other business systems and applications by auditing, analyzing, and reporting on the records and information to ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity + Audits and records information in systems including but not limited to electronic health record systems and other systems and applications containing business records + Audit scanned/uploaded documents as well as associated information to ensure that content meets regulatory standards and other legal requirements + Recommend, determine, and perform actions that address quality issues in the EMR, including possible technical solutions as well as solutions that may involve outreach to clients **REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's Degree and two years of records analysis experience.
