Document Management Support Professional (Temporary) (REMOTE)

Responsibilities include\:

·       Utilize Document Management tools

·       Perform Document Control Plans, that becomes part of Program Execution Plan.

·       Support Program-specific tasks and implement document control concepts as defined in the Program Execution Plan.

·       Identify Program requirements, establish standard process/policy locally, and perform quality reviews of overall communication and documentation processes on systems platform.

·       Provide direct contribution to the daily management of documents and records

·       Process and distribute communications and information flow such as submittals, requests for information (RFIs), field orders, clarifications, pay requests, change orders, etc.

·       Maintain Program files in hard-copy and electronic retention systems, as required.

·       Assist Program team with the timely retrieval of documents and assembly requirements of internal and external audits.

·       Ensure quality/compliance of Program document management plans and process, as well as alignment with Program and Corporate requirements.

·       Ability to quickly and seamlessly adapt from current/daily Document Management to legacy Document Management that needs to be addressed.

·       Able to multi-task for Document Management and other Program related actions.

·       Understand the Document Control/Records Management processes, within Document Management, which address the cradle to grave Document Control and Records Management programs.  Including, but not limited to\:

·       Creation of Document Control functions, such as, maintaining a working list of required Documents, addressing the processes (create, review, organize, manage, maintain, track).

·       Perform the functions to transition the document to the required Records Management system and to archive and/or turnover deliverables to the client or corporate office.

·       Learn and understand the proper security levels for Document Management and how to properly handle these different types of documents and/or records.

·       Create and/or revise the Document Control/Records Management procedures, or procedures referring to Document Management functions. These changes can be based on corporate, contract, and/or overall business decisions

The base salary range for this position is $42,100 to $66,825. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, For “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
