YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Independent organization of manufacturing licenses, GMP certificates, product-specific certificates and other site-specific documents for regulatory submissions worldwideRegularly checking and ensuring that the documents are up to date and sharing responsibility for the timely submission of documents relevant to the submissionPreparation/dispatch of the documents according to national requirements (e.g. legalization (apostille, embassy); translation) in original / as a copy to the requesting countries as well as organization of translations of the documentsCreation, maintenance, updating and provision of templates for product-specific certificatesInteraction and communication with country organizations in English on document orders, national requirements and changes with regulatory affairs worldwideProcessing of legalization workflow with notary, authorities, embassies, messenger services, translators as well as archiving and tracking of powers of attorney (LoAs / PoAs)Creation, maintenance and updating of a sustainable document repository and the associated tracking system (Document Office Certificate SharePoint of Bayer AG)Independent verification, compilation and forwarding of invoices and responsibility for the release of invoices

WHO YOU ARE

 

Completed secondary school education with completed vocational training and several years of professional experienceExperience in a regulatory affairs function or basic knowledge of regulatory requirements or corresponding several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industryVery good knowledge of electronic text processing and database systems (such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, possibly regulatory database BRAVE)Very good knowledge of document management, knowledge of authorization requirements and understanding of the different legalization steps and requirements would be beneficialStrong organizational skills and sense of responsibility as well as strong talent for prioritizing tasksAnalytical and structured thinking, an efficient work style, cost awareness, and the ability to work independentlyVery good oral and written communication skills and experience in intercultural communication within a global organizationVery good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken are a prerequisite
