Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Hybrid (In-office 2-3 days/week during training, then 1-2 days/week)
Pay: $22/hour (Temp)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Flexible within business hours)

The Document Processor plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in supporting data and analytics operations. This position involves managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role includes data entry, report generation, troubleshooting, and process improvement, making it ideal for an entry-level candidate with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and spreadsheets). Training is provided for all other responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various departments to generate reports, update data, and improve processesMonitor and manage internal ticketing system for user requestsProcess client docket reports and prepare prosecution meeting agendasGenerate custom reports, forecasts, templates, and claim history chartsMaintain and update client databases in firm-sponsored softwareAssist attorneys and accounting with invoice reviewsProvide backup support to team members as neededRequired QualificationsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets) and Microsoft 365 SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to learn and adapt to new processesPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of patent prosecution process (preferred but not required)Experience with data management in a professional or law firm settingWork Environment & Physical RequirementsHybrid schedule with in-office presence required during training (6-9 months)Extended computer work (sitting, typing, screen use)Occasional standing and light lifting (up to 10 lbs)This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, highly accurate individual who enjoys working behind the scenes. Excel skills are a must, but all other training is provided.
