We’re hiring an Intake Document Processor for our Litigation Management Services Team. You’ll work directly with Client Service Representatives and vendors across the country. Particular services of this team includes Prepping and indexing of legal documents. Our Intake Document Processors are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. Some of the things you’ll be doing:

Reviewing and preparing legal documentsCompleting data entry of customer informationTaking documents and scanning them into internal data baseProblem solving issues related to customers and documentationProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customersElectronic filing and retrieval of documents

Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailStrong comprehension and critical thinking skillsSuperb organizational and time management skillsAbility to navigate quickly across multiple systemsStrong Computer skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)Business to Business Customer Service ExperienceLegal Compliance experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office
