Salary: £23,500 per annum plus company benefits

Location/work model: Remote

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 12pm-8pm (2 x 10 min paid breaks and 1 x unpaid ½ hour lunch break)

Purpose of role

The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and document production services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Transcribing various digital tasks such as notes, letters, emails, court hearings, Zoom meetings, etcProducing and amending agreements, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the document production systems/proceduresProducing and amending PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets

Personal attributes

Experience with MS OfficeExperience as a Document Administrator or relevant roleExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Job qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum (1) year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environmentSkilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skillsFamiliar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documentsStrong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have good organizational skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely mannerAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationAble to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policyGood problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory levelAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingMust be self-motivated with a positive attitudeProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
