Document Support Specialist

The Document Support Specialist will provide support in the areas of data collection, archiving, analysis, and reporting to support operational needs of the Copy Center department.  They will use various techniques and problem-solving methodologies to increase efficiencies and improve departmental processes.  A portion of this role will be programming variable data customer letters using vendor specific software. 

In the Role

Analyzing, interpreting, importing / exporting, and manipulating data across various company systems.Establishing and maintaining system design documentation which will include dataflow, workflow, and business processes.Supporting departmental management in all data and reporting needs.Designing, enhancing, and maintaining reports, Excel, and other reporting tools and applicationsReconciliation of monthly departmental reportingProvide support to solve problems associated with operational processes and procedures to internal customers.Provide first level support for new/existing departmental procedures, protocols and/or technologies.Refer problems to appropriate support level, when necessary, to ensure timely resolution and prevention of future problem incidents.Maintaining daily statistics on department performance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Preferred

Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred in Computer Information Systems with strong IT, Data Management, Programming, or similar emphasis.One year or more in data collections, scripting (PowerShell), and analytics.Proficient level of Microsoft Excel with good Pivot Table abilities
