Job Description

To make sure our customers have an awesome experience, you'll be the mastermind behind:

Review and validate customer documents;Assess potential risks linked to customer profiles and transactions;Maintain accurate and well-organized records of document verification and customer data;Collaborate with different departments to resolve verification-related issues;Stay updated on KYC, AML, and compliance regulations to follow best practices;

QualificationsMinimum Language requirements: English (B2);6 Months+ of relevant working experience in a back-office or customer support role will be considered an advantage;Attention to detail;Proactive and Customer-centric;Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
