Responsibilities: Write and edit technical documents, including architecture, system, and functional design artifacts Write and edit procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals Write client- and market-facing collateral for sales and conference communication Meet with engineers, programmers, and project managers to understand specific products or processes Research market needs for strategic initiatives within the State and Public Health span, including foster care, homelessness, federal reporting, and social determinants of health Support and adhere to project plans, deliverables, and client expectations Gather feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers to improve technical documents. Facilitate change management process in both operational and software modes Communicate change management governance, deadlines, issues, and outcomes to the team Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent writing and grammatical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Skilled at adapting to change Skilled at engaging and working with a broad network of employees and clients Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently Ability to edit and proofread work of colleagues Job Requirements: Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others Work can be non-routine and moderately complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills Six plus years relevant work experience, with a focus on technical writing and change management BS/BA preferredCareer Level - IC3
