As a Documentation and Closing Loan Servicer within the Lending Services team, you will be responsible in providing administrative/operational support for the Loan Closers with Real Estate - Documentation and Closing. You must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform research for loan closings and reporting requests Initiate third party requests for tax service contracts Facilitate and submit requests for original document retrieval and callback verifications Monitor and action documentation exceptions to satisfy collateral requirements for closed loans Work with internal and external partners to ensure required documentation is received and imaged per bank policy Assist loan closers with administrative tasks Manage Special projects as required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly acclimate to proprietary systems Ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines, adapting to changing priorities Detail oriented with a analytical mindset Ability to work independently with minimal level of supervision and as part of a team Self –starter who works well in a fast – paced environment with multiple active deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Two+ years of experience in commercial real estate Legal document review experience – Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, Mortgage, etc. Experience working with external vendors and other parties
