**ROLE TITLE:** **DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT-CO-OP STUDENT**
**DEPARTMENT:** **QUALITY ASSURANCE**
**TERM:** **MAY TO AUGUST 2025**
**HOURS:** **MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:00 -16:30**
Responsible for administrative support relating to documentation control activities for the Steinbach site including preparation, issuance, distribution, and reconciliation of controlled documents.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support in preparing Quality Documentation and Quality functions.
+ Perform document reconciliation.
+ Support archiving of documents as per approved SOPs, Policies, and Regulations including timely filing, retrieving, and disposal of documentation.
+ Support off-site storage management and document destruction.
+ Support Lean Initiatives and 5 S Principles.
+ Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory Requirements, and Occupational Health & Safety.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or an equivalent program.
+ In depth knowledge in Microsoft Office with a proficiency in Word and Excel.
+ Experience in an administrative role.

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
