We are looking for a skilled Documentation Billing Analyst to join our accounting department and take care of company's documentation part of the Billing department.
You will organize proper monitoring of all SOP’s and training documentation, internal projects and trackers. Ensure timely and accurate support in billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing our revenue.
A successful candidate should be highly responsible and keep close attention to detail. We also expect you to be good in supervised teamwork and able to meet tight deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesKeep SOP and training materials up to date
Process new contracts and sales
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Prepare official letter to be sent to our customers
Keep track of internal projects and make sure that are updated
Assist the Billing and collection teams
Prepare and present analytical reports
Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
Assist with audit requests
Take part in different projects related to finance department
Requirements and skillsProven experience as an Admin, Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
Good knowledge of electronic billing, collection procedures
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
Excellent communication ability
Organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
