Documentation Control Analyst

TEKTRONIX COMPONENT SOLUTIONS ORGANIZATION

Position: Documentation Control Analyst (P16)

Overview: Lead our Documentation Control function and contribute to other areas of the Quality Management System, including Internal Auditing, Training, and Records Retention.

As a Documentation Control Analyst, you will be an integral part of a high-compliance quality systems management team at Tektronix CSO. You will be primarily responsible for processing change orders within our ERP system and tracking their implementation. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement activities and participate in internal audits. This position reports to the Quality Management System Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee document control systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored, categorized, and accessible to authorized personnel. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to document control. Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure regulatory compliance and provide support during external audits. Train staff on document control processes and provide ongoing support. Resolve any issues related to document control and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive documents. Serve as the Documentation Control representative for Oracle patch/update testing. Lead continuous improvement projects. Track and report performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree preferably in an engineering discipline, or 10 years relevant work experience. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success in change management and problem resolution. Proven history of delivering results in a matrixed organization, consulting with representatives from different departments, organizations, and cultures, and embracing diversity. Ability to work in an ITAR environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations. High compliance quality experience (ISO 9001, AS9100). AS9100 Internal Auditor Certificate. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
