Documentation Engineer

We're making every move count. Coordinate the creation of spare parts manuals and other supporting material. Main tasks and responsibilities + Provided support for the creation of Spare Part Manuals + Work actively with the external service provided to ensure all needed data is provided + Ensure that the spare parts manuals meet the agreed standard format + Handle requests (cases) from customers( FLUs / Dealers) for documentation + Support the development of documentation tools and processes + Ensure a professional customer oriented approach, both externally and internally + Plan activities according to meet specified requirements and time schedules. What you’ll need to succeed Education: Education level needs to be a university degree corresponding to area of responsibility or simila rknowledge through experience. Experience: + 5+ years of technical experience with heavy duty mobilee quipment + Experiences with Kalmar products an advantage + Ability to work within multinational and matrix organisations. Competencies: + Analytical thinking and strong ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues + Enthusiastic and passionate about working with people,good team-player + Fluent in English both spoken and written.
