The Position
As a Documentation Management Partner in the Sustainability Partnering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our documentation processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with standards. You will partner with the organisation and your responsibilities will include:

 

Developing Documentation Frameworks: Establishing and implementing frameworks for managing and governing documentation to ensure clarity, accessibility, and compliance. Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and assessing existing documentation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with colleagues within the Sustainability Partnering department and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure that documentation supports NNPR goals. Training and Support: Providing training and guidance to colleagues on proper documentation practices and management system usage, ensuring a consistent understanding of processes. Facilitating Change Management: Supporting the implementation of changes in documentation practices as we evolve, ensuring that all department colleagues are aligned with new processes.

 

You will manage the document lifecycles from creation and review through to approval, storage, and eventual archiving or disposal, ensuring that all documentation is current and accessible.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

 

An academic degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, or a related discipline. Several years of experience in document management, quality management systems, or related roles. Proficiency in both Danish and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in document management software and tools. Preferably, an excellent understanding of documentation standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and familiarity with sustainability and environmental regulations.

 

On a personal level, you excel in fast-paced environments and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across NNPR, fostering an environment that facilitates best practices in documentation. Additionally, you are adaptable, embracing new tools and technologies and actively engaging in training initiatives to enhance the capabilities of your colleagues in management system processes.

 

About the Department

You will report to the Manager of the newly established team, Sustainability & Projects Governance, within the Sustainability Partnering department. The team you will join consists of five professionals, with more to come to accommodate the activities across NNPR, requirements from our owner, and legislation. Their responsibilities include governing deliverables for projects, ensuring compliance with our owner’s strategies, standards, and initiatives, driving sustainability strategy, supporting the Circular for Zero strategy, and ESG data control and reporting.

 

The department is growing, currently comprising 27 employees and several external consultants. The other two teams in the department are the Environment team, responsible for environment, nature, and climate, and the Health & Safety team, responsible for construction and fire safety, physical security, risk management and chemistry, and enzymes. We collaborate with relevant authorities, are responsible for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and support NNPR in licensing, corporate strategy, and project execution.
