About the Role
Join Weatherford Australia as our Documentation Specialist in Brisbane, Queensland. In this key role, you'll be responsible for creating comprehensive traceability packages and data books while working cross-functionally to ensure documentation completeness and compliance. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our quality standards and supporting our operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Create and manage traceability packages and data books while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Review and verify documentation from manufacturing and suppliers against engineering drawings, quality plans, and order requirements. Implement strategic techniques to mitigate documentation risks and promote maximum productivity. Maintain and organize project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant documentation. Serve as documentation representative during project reviews, meetings, and correspondence. Ensure proper document security, confidentiality, and version control.
Requirements
Proficiency in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and quality documentation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in scanning, uploading, and maintaining records.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Oil & Gas industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1 and Q2 requirements. Experience with JDE and Microsoft Project.
