In this key role, you'll be responsible for creating comprehensive traceability packages and data books while working cross-functionally to ensure documentation completeness and compliance. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our quality standards and supporting our operational excellence. **Responsibilities** + Create and manage traceability packages and data books while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. + Review and verify documentation from manufacturing and suppliers against engineering drawings, quality plans, and order requirements. + Implement strategic techniques to mitigate documentation risks and promote maximum productivity. + Maintain and organize project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports. + Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant documentation. + Serve as documentation representative during project reviews, meetings, and correspondence. + Ensure proper document security, confidentiality, and version control. **Requirements** + Proficiency in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and quality documentation. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Experience in scanning, uploading, and maintaining records. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in Oil & Gas industry. + Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1 and Q2 requirements. + Experience with JDE and Microsoft Project. **What We Offer** + Stable role with a leading global energy services company. + Professional development opportunities. + Collaborative work environment. + No travel requirements - Brisbane CBD location + Opportunity to work with cutting-edge quality management systems.
