The individual will be part of a dynamic team/s that is responsible to develop and maintain software solutions, work with various digital platforms, help with Information Management and business process automation leveraging Documentum and related applications like Brava, Captiva and BTM. Comfortable working in an Agile environment with an evolving set of software languages and frameworks. Is versed in cybersecurity, integration, and DevOps best practices. This role will consistently deliver innovative solutions, driving them through design, planning, development, deployment and support that simplify business processes and workflows to drive business value.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Create custom Java method leveraging Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC)
Troubleshoot issues and work on support tickets related to Documentum , D2 Configurations/Changes, and related integration components
Utilize knowledge of Documentum object model and be able to write complex queries leveraging DQL/API
Read/modify helm charts: install/update various integration components (OTS, CTS, BRAVA, BTM, Info Archive, XECM, D2 Reports)
Install and upgrade Documentum infrastructure stack
Perform DA/D2 Admin tasks
Develop software solution leveraging established Chevron technology standards
Participate in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle.
Maintain working knowledge of the latest software engineering tools and practices for continuous integration, unit tests, static and dynamic profiling, code coverage, code analysis, and automated tests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
Technologies: Experienced in Azure Documentum/D2. Good knowledge of overall architecture of Documentum and its associated infrastructure. In-depth understanding of Security/ Lifecycle/ Workflow/ Autonaming/ Autolink in D2. In-depth knowledge of D2 Configuration and Documentum CS. Understanding of Kubernetes, HELM CAD Integrations.
Agile Development: Knowledge of and ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of and experience with activities, tools and techniques for converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
Application Security: 3+ years experience in system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, tools, processes, technology standards and controls that lead to the planning, design, development, testing, deployment and operations of applications in a secure fashion.
Software Engineering: Knowledge of, and experience in, the design, development and maintenance of computer software.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of features and facilities for integration and communication among applications, data bases and technology platforms. Have good knowledge on various integration components (OTS, CTS, BRAVA, BTM, Info Archive, XECM, D2 Reports)
Preferred Skills:
Strong coding skills (Java is a plus)
Kubernetes container skills is recommended
Cloud computing knowledge is preferred
Technical skill/App support skills
Cyber background is great
