Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge candidates through Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program with next class starting in September 2024.
This is a program is an initiative to help transitioning active duty people to find meaningful employment opportunities and preparing them for the civilian workforce.
The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week program held 3 times a year Involves hands-on experience and training in a variety of positions to help give you the civilian related experienceSupervisors and mentors share their experience and knowledge and provide feedbackHelp you increase your professional network Noblis is a Military Friendly company with over 19% being prior or current military
Build Your Real-World Experience
As part of the fellowship program with Noblis, you will do real work on projects where you can learn, contribute, and see what it’s like on the civilian side of your professional career field. You will be an integral part of our team from day one. You’ll also participate in group collaboration activities that allow you to meet other team members and form new connections. You’ll attend weekly seminars and networking events designed to prepare you for life after the military. You’ll always be learning and growing!

Your time with Noblis will be challenging, educational, hands on, and memorable. You will leave prepared for life after the military —as a leader, problem-solver, and critical thinker with real-world experience. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
