Job Title: Doctrine Writer

\nPurpose: Training Detachments (TRADET) are responsible for managing and conducting training during the customers Inter-deployment Training Cycle (IDTC) and support personnel are required to acquire and maintain basic operational skills, which enable them to complete and survive their missions on the water and over land under duress in high threat environments throughout the world’s greater littoral and riverine areas of operations.

\nResponsibilities (include but not limited to):\n\n\tIndividual will assist in the design, development, management and modernization of existing and next generation operational and organizational structural doctrine designed to synchronize capability. Contractor will work closely with subject matter experts throughout military, industry and academia to document tactics, techniques, procedures, standard operating procedures, define organizational/institutional training structure/processes and best practices.\n\n\n\n\tExpected to actively participate in training working groups and manage a training doctrine library that supports O5 level operational commands.\n\n\n\n\tUtilize analytical, planning, organizational coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied.\n\n\n\n\tUtilize Joint SOF Operational and Strategic Operations. Full spectrum NTTP, TTP, SOP, Tactical Memorandum and best practices design and development.\n\tDevelop, prepare, staff, and publish administrative documents and reports.\n\n\n\n\tDevelop and refine SWCC training and readiness policy/doctrine. \n\n\n\n\tConduct research on current world situation and analysis of training manuals, lessons learned, and tactics, techniques, & procedures (TTPs).\n\n
\nRequirements:
\nGeneral -\n\n\n\tPossess a valid state driver's license.\n\n\n\n\tActive SECRET Security Clearance. \n\n\n\n\tPrior military experience preferred. If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career. \n\n
\nJob Specific Knowledge and Experience
\n \n\n\tFive (5) years’ minimum experience within the last ten (10) years in an administrative writing position including doctrine design.\n\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in a related discipline with technical writing background.\n\n
