Role Summary: 

MarkMonitor is seeking an experienced domain professional to expand Domain Management service and operations in APAC. Working with Fortune 500 clients, large companies located in the APAC region, and internal stakeholders in a collaborative team atmosphere, the Domain Portfolio Advisor (DPA) will serve as an important support role within the Domain Services Organization. This role requires previous knowledge of the domain name industry and common domain services, while being responsible for the management of customer information, client relations (in-person, virtual, and written communications), and MarkMonitor internal systems. Additionally, the DPA may have other responsibilities, projects, or tasks depending on the needs of the business. Having strong resilience, a learning attitude, and a detail-oriented mindset is key!

Role Responsibilities: 

Manage all aspects of client domain portfolios including account set-up, domain registrations and transfers (both gTLD’s and ccTLD’s), customer information maintenance and reporting.  Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships and high customer delight levels.Needs-based upselling of MarkMonitor products and services. Manage large, complex corporate domain portfolios on behalf of clients.Assist in performing manual verification of domains, screening for sensitivity and other concernsAssist in performing real name verification (RNV) for domain contacts Proactively lead special projects as directed by the business and leadership.Act as a resource within the Client Services Organization while demonstrating a positive influence.   Support and backup other DPAs around the globe during business hours Travel domestically to client offices to hold business reviews and presentations as neededCollaborate with team members to solve ad-hoc and business problems 

Role Requirements: 

2+ years of experience as customer support or 2+ years corporate account management experienceExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Japanese Professional, positive, can-do approach Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations.Excellent attention-to-detail and great time management skills Ability to effectively communicate cross-departmentally and across global teams Deadline-driven with prioritization skills  Ability to work independently as well as on a team Inquisitive, learning mindset, and comfortable asking questions
