Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee / Assistant Manager – O2C/Accounts Receivable
We are looking for someone with deep understanding of entire order to cash process. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a great teammate
Responsibilities
• Work closely with external and internal parties to identify and manage customer payment discrepancies, collection disputes and cash flow.
• Provide customer service support as it pertains to Insurance premium collections, resolution of disputes, aged items as well as any other communication/reconciliation queries
• Review monthly payments and transfers due to Brokers, inter-company settlements and other stakeholders
• Partner with external and internal customers to identify and make process improvement recommendations and address any audit/compliance concerns
• Work closely with Finance, IT and other stakeholders in the development of future reports, systems and workflows
• Maintain positive customer service relationships with Brokers/Policy Holders and various external and internal customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
• B.Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
• Meaningful experience in Order to Cash
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent Knowledge in Collections and Cash Applications
• Good oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to analyze and problem seek; ability to detail, plan, market, and execute programs.
