Domino's Pizza in Wichita Falls, United States, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operationsLead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standardsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesManage inventory, place orders, and control costsHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptlyCreate and adjust employee schedules to meet business needsTrain new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staffAssist in financial management, including cash handling and reportingImplement and maintain cleanliness and organization standardsSupport marketing initiatives and local store marketing efforts

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or restaurant managementProven track record in customer service and team leadershipStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesProficiency in cash handling and basic financial managementExcellent inventory management and cost control skillsAbility to create and manage employee schedulesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesComputer literacy, including experience with POS systems and scheduling softwareEffective communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood safety certification preferredKnowledge of pizza preparation and delivery operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
