The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program.  We are grateful for the contributions our valued employees make toward the maintenance and effectiveness of the programs.  The organization is indebted to and dependent on the diligence and devotion of its employees.

FULL TIME: 37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hours per day / $15.85 an hour

 QUALIFICATIONS:

High School graduate or equivalent. Consistently demonstrates strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills. Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries. Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks

As our enthusiastic and hardworking DONATION SITE SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Ensure the donation area is clean and safe for customers and employees. Inspect the area daily. Review quality of donations and communicates changes in acceptance using the company guidelines. Ensure all donation signage is available and in place. Ensures daily reporting of donations via the web reporting tool. Observes and provides feedback on customer/donor interaction. Understands and versed on hazardous materials and proper disposition of them. Ensures all returns and processed donations are properly labeled using the descriptions and tags provided. Communicates with retail and operations, the daily capacity of the donation inventory. Works with the District Manager and Operations Manager to ensure quality and quantity of processed goods are ready for delivery to assigned stores. Report daily quantity of processed donations. Notifies District Manager of an deficit in donations that may affect daily production. Assist TSA Drivers with loading donations on to trucks as necessary,
