Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni, parents, and friends of the Texas Tech University System to secure leadership annual and major gifts. Responsible for the successful accomplishment of annual advancement goals; and adherence to the prospect management system. Work is performed under general supervision with broad latitude for initiative

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni, parents, and friends of the Texas Tech University System to secure planned gifts and major gifts.
+ Constructive management of donor portfolios, utilizing tools and prospect management cycle.
+ Build constructive and effective relationships to become a reliable resource for fundraising initiatives, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with philanthropic partners and colleagues across the System.
+ Communicate clearly and succinctly through all communication vehicles.
+ Live and promote the values of the Texas Tech University System: People First, Resilience, Integrity, Community, and Exemplary Service

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.

$44,500 - $57,900 - $71,200
