Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Donor Engagement Support Staff is to build and nurture the relationships with the new donors for Community Sponsorship and Give Where it's Most Needed Campaign. It involves developing and implementing a journey that will create a joyful experience for them and hopefully become Child Sponsors in the future. Along with engaging the donors, this role will also ensure the continuity of the donors' commitment by providing constant updates, reminders, and timely communications. Lastly, they are expected to provide an excellent service for any concerns or requests.

Actively engages and cultivates new donors through the development and implementation of the community sponsorship journey and other engagement touchpoints such as welcome calls, virtual or face to face meetings and facilitating events.Promptly responds to sponsors’ concerns and/or requests using the approved business processes.Remind the sponsors of their commitment through arrear management plan and process all related donations in the system.Nurture and engage the community sponsorship donors to consider sponsoring a child in World Vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or other related courses with equivalent substantial experience in relationship marketing and/or key accounts management.At least 1-2 years of broad and substantial experience in dealing with contact center customers/donors.Strong Writing Skills.Strong Computer & Graphic Design Skills.Customer Service, Marketing and Excellent Communication Skills.Good command of English and Filipino.Ability and willingness to travel domestically if needed.
