Description We are in search of a Donor Relations Manager to become a part of our team. The role is based in Chicago, Illinois. Your primary responsibilities will include data management, maintaining records, and processing checks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Conduct data entry tasks related to donations, nonprofit gifts, etc with utmost accuracy • Utilize various data analysis tools to evaluate and report data • Engage with donors, organize meetings, and establish reports • Manage customer inquiries and resolve them effectively • Process checks and manage billing functions • Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to streamline processes • Employ CRM and ERP Solutions for efficient data management • Maintain and update records with accuracy • Respond to inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction • Handle claim administration tasks with due diligence • Use Little Green Light for data processing operations. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Donor Relations Manager or in a similar role. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems - Little Green Light "LGL" software is highly preferred! • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently. • Experience with Billing Functions is necessary. • Proficiency in Check Processing is required. • Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools is required. • Must have strong Data Entry skills. • Computer Data Entry experience is a must.
