Job Description:

Responsible for screening blood donors to ensure they are eligible to donate their blood. Telephone recruit and schedule donors in order to meet and/or exceed required goals.Answer telephone, take messages and direct incoming calls appropriately.Must have knowledge and ability to schedule all applicable procedures.

Qualifications:

Customer service experienceAdministrative or front office medical assisting experiencePreferred medical back ground (phlebotomy, medical assisting, etc)Strong computer skills
