Ensure that all toppings and coatings are clean, sanitary, wholesome, and available throughout the shiftCheck filling weights by variety for proper portion controlResponsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety as per information system distribution sheets in a timely manner. Record shortages and overages, and communicate discrepancies to Production SupervisorResponsible for setting up bakery for production, and producing product as scheduledPlace finished donuts and bakery products in baskets according to quantities listed in production sheetsDistribute baskets of finished product to racks for delivery to member stores, verifying each basket of product with the Delivery Ticket attached to that rackPerform other duties as requested by supervisorsEnsure all equipment is clean and sanitaryReport to work on time in a clean, complete uniform. Maintain proper personal hygiene
