TITLE:                Tram Club Door Person

LOCATION:        Food and Beverage

SCHEDULE:       Varied shifts both AM and PM

Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

The role of a Door Host is to create amazing experiences by warmly greeting guests, checking ID’s, using names when possible, and maintaining a smooth entry process. Oversees pool tables.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Graciously greeting guestsChecking I.D.’sEnsuring bar capacity stays at capacity levelsRespond to complaints and help resolve issues with appropriate team membersCommunicate with servers and managersThank guests as they exit the bar

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

High School Diploma or equivalentBar experience is a plusMust be at least 21 years of ageTIPS CertifiedA positive attitude and ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication skillsExceptional grooming habits

SCHEDULE

Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levelsMust be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
