Our Client, a Communications company, is looking for a Door to Door Sales I for their Remote (Cape Coral and Fort Myers, FL) location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for sharing Client solutions with members of the community in a door to door sales approach.
+ This includes having energy, knowledge and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
+ Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings of Client.
+ Yes, you will be a technology expert after training.
+ You will continue to receive training, feedback and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many changes to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
+ Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction.
+ Even if the neighbor is not or elects not be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about Client and the amazing team that works here.
+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.
Requirements:
+ Increase in workload for the Residential Field Sales Team.
+ The goal is to get penetration and target markets as close to those markets as close to those markets as possible.
+ Looking for candidates who are ideally within a 30-minute drive from their target markets.
+ Seeking quality salespeople who can sell fiber on impulse. 85-95% of the job is going to be outside talking to potential customers.
+ The customer (internal/external): Internal as well as work with External customers.
+ The size of the group this position will be supporting: Team of 20+ people as the teams continue to grow.
+ The technical environment: Workers will be granted a company provided tablet.
+ Each employee will be granted a small territory where they will be walking from house to house, pitching the product and trying to close on sales.
+ 1 week of training required, where scope of position will be thoroughly explained as well as shadowing a technician and veteran field agent.
+ Each employee will be granted a small territory of around 3-5 blocks where they will be walking from house to house, pitching the product and trying to close on sales.
+ Expectation is to walk around for 5-7 hours in any weather condition in the field so that they can issue one to three sales a day and that they can get at least one of those sales to go into completed posted state for every working day.
+ Every day will start with a team meeting via MS Teams
+ Goal = No less than 1 closing sale per day
+ Breaks are to be taken as needed, motto is “If you feel good, you play good”.
+ Sales oriented.
+ Basic computer skills to work the company iPad.
+ Have a good sense of integrity.
+ People person
+ Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
+ Money motivated mindset
+ Reliable transportation
+ Good time management
+ Honor commitments
+ Ability to be a good student.
+ Memorization (Required to memorize a sales pitch)
+ No previous experience required, prefers candidates with a sale-oriented mindset.
+ It’s a plus if they worked in outside sales or telecom industry previously.
