Door to Door Sales I

Our Client, a Communications company, is looking for a Door to Door Sales I for their Seattle/Tacoma, WA location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for sharing Client solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach.
+ This includes having energy, knowledge and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
Requirements
+ Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings of Client.
+ Be a technology expert after training.
+ Continue to receive training, feedback and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many changes to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
+ Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction.
+ Even if the neighbor is not or elects not be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about Client and the amazing team that works here.
+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.
+ Working in Client’s D2D Residential sales field space.
+ Work of Fiber enabled leads.
+ Not an entry level sales position, more tenure.
+ In the field, knocking and talking role
+ Need to know how to work an iPad, cell phone and laptop.
+ No previous tech experience needed
+ Focused on building a positive team culture. Do quarterly team huddles
+ Go over practice pitching, prepare day with iPad, cell phone and business calls.
+ Prepare territory and drive out to territory usually 30 minutes away and do 5-6 hours of field time
+ Be a good listener, a good student and coachable. Nothing technical
+ Must be able to learn a (1) page pitch.
+ Able to drive and communicate; and stop talking once it’s time to close the sale
+ Candidates who have worked in pest control, solar, other D2D spaces, military and professional sports. Want folks who are competitive
