POSITION SUMMARY:
The Doorman is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience and enhancing guest satisfaction by acknowledging, welcoming, bids farewell, and greets with a smile all guests and visitors of the Hotel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides prompt, efficient, and professional customer service to guests of City of Dreams Mediterranean by ensuring all guests are addressed in a polite and courteous manner as they enter and exit the hotel by maintaining all set standardsPosts in designated lobby position to ensure readiness to assist the guestsAssists with guest luggage, open/closing of car / hotel doors, and valet parking upon arrival and departureHandles guest requests / inquiries in a professional and helpful mannerEnsures smooth arrival and welcomes all guests with a smileEnsures that all guest’s luggage is retrieved from vehicle in a timely and efficient manner and transferred to the Bell Desk for appropriate labelling, ensuring seamless delivery to the guestroomDirects traffic at the porte-cochere and assists with valet parking when appropriateMaintains product knowledge of events and facilities of City of Dreams Mediterranean, including gaming, spa, recreation, food & beverage and entertainment, ensuring guests receive accurate, timely information and adviceBuilds relationships with guests to gain loyalty by promoting positive guest relations and guest preferencesMaintains the City of Dreams Mediterranean driveway, ensuring that a safe and orderly environment is always maintainedAttends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on generic hotel and departmental specific responsibilitiesAdheres to all Company policies and proceduresEnsures work area is always clean and neat including the proper maintenance of all equipment needed to perform daily tasks, reporting of malfunctioning or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate areaMaintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward guests and colleagues.Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to timeKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Doorman/ Door Attendant or similar in the Hotel IndustryEducation
High school diploma or equivalent professional trainingSkills / Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProfessional written communication skillsExcellent command of Greek and EnglishPERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
