The Delkor Case Packer is responsible for recording accurate records and production identification, maintenance, and efficiency of packaging cheese.  Always adheres to all USDA, GMP, and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do at Saputo

Will report issues/concerns to Supervisor on duty pertaining to personnel, GMP, quality and safetySetup all equipment and supplies- this includes but not limited to: Case Erectors, Case Packers, Top Case Sealer, In-Line Scale, Case Labeler, Case Ink jet, Palletizers, automated tail-off equipment, and glue machines.Responsible for generating and documentation of production recordsWill check and verify all codes, labels, and packagingWill verify that correct cheese and vats are being packed within specificationsResponsible for reading computer print outs and following a designated scheduledWill ensure communication of product changeovers, products to run before and after changeovers, and duties based on workstation rotation to fellow employeesWill complete quality checks on film and code dates, product boxes, and use of tare weight and correct lot number usageResponsible for taking product samples when neededResponsible for all department documentationAbility to work in a safe and sanitary manner in compliance with GMP’sResponsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and neat work areaAttendance at work is an essential job duty.  Job requires regular attendance and work to be performed at the Tulare-Paige plant site.All other assigned duties
