Has the education and expertise to generate radiation dose distributions and dose calculations in collaboration with the radiation oncologist. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Knowledge of 3D CT anatomy with ability to contour clearly discernable critical normal structures with extreme accuracy · Design a patient radiation treatment plan by means of a 3D treatment planning computer utilizing optimal beam geometry that delivers radiation to the tumor site while sparing critical normal structures · Generate and transfer all technical documentation and plan parameters into the treatment preparation site and treatment delivery unit to assure accurate radiation treatment delivery is performed Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** · High School Diploma or Equivalent · 1 Year of Experience ·Medical Dosimetrist credentialed from the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board or board-eligible for certification with credentials obtained within 2 years of hire date.
