Mission:

Sur le site de Douvrin (plus grande usine de fabrication de fibre optique d’Europe), au sein du groupe R&D de la BU fibre optique, vous travaillerez dans l’équipe (jeune et dynamique !) du secteur Préforme.

Vous participerez, de préférence pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois ou pour une alternance, à plusieurs projets de l’équipe dont vous serez la/le leader : projets d’optimisation du process, projets R&D exploratoires, projets d’industrialisation….

Projet 1 : Certains paramètres géométriques de la préforme (barreau de verre qui deviendra de la fibre optique une fois étiré) ont un impact sur la qualité et la productivité des étapes de production suivantes. Le but du projet est d’optimiser ces paramètres afin d’améliorer la phase de démarrage du process fibrage. Vous serez amené à :Réaliser des essais sur machine.Analyser les données process.Imaginer et tester des méthodes de fabrication innovantes.

Projet 2 : Nous sommes en train d’intégrer un nouveau fournisseur de matière première. Cette nouvelle matière première pourrait ouvrir des portes à de nouvelles opportunités de réduction des coûts de fabrication.

Vous serrez en charge de définir le programme d’essai, de la coordination de ces essais avec les équipes de production et de l’analyses des résultats.

Durant votre stage vous serez accompagné par le responsable du secteur R&D process APVD.

Profil recherché :

Etudiante/Etudiant en cycle ingénieur : motivé, moteur, autonome, organisé, bon niveau d’anglais
