Our Downstream Chemical Team uses techniques to improve oil and gas well productivity in both conventional and unconventional formations. We provide our customers with effective chemical diversion stimulation treatment that boosts production while lowering operating costs. Our on-site provides real-time support, guidance and troubleshooting to ensure our customers function effectively and safely.

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. Taking ownership of teams/sites, you will ensure the client have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner while supporting our customer's needs.
 

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Implementing, monitoring, and assessing chemical injection systems and production fluids to ensure customer qualityMaintaining chemical and inventory surveillance and operating functions to ensure correct rates of operationTroubleshooting and correcting customer systems to resolve production related challenges and to ensure optimization of well performanceOverseeing product dosage rates and application changes for customer specifications to meet defined objectivesProviding technical guidance for mobilization and demobilization of chemical injection systems to ensure safety and performancePlacing orders of products, chemicals and delivering them to customers to ensure required inventory and stock levels

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a technical diploma, Degree or equivalent, related work experienceShow good, general technical knowledge of company's products and services and their
applications to customer needs and requirementsBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problemsDemonstrate a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needsHave excellent all-round communication skillsShow a good understanding of IT such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Be able to demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environmentBe commuting distance from the worksite
