Your role will focus on executing manufacturing processes with precision, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards, and contributing to the team's success through operational excellence and technical proficiency._ **Education & Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 0-3 years of hands-on industrial experience in biologics manufacturing + Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, TFF, FPLC affinity purification, and other related unit operations is desired + Experience in GLP and/or GMP-grade biologics manufacturing is highly desirable. **Responsibilities:** + Perform detailed, high-yield AAV vector production to support a variety of early research programs in a timely and efficient manner. + Execute established manufacturing procedures and SOPs, ensuring precision in all unit operations involved in viral vector production. + Maintain accurate and complete batch records for all vector productions, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. + Collaborate with the Analytics team to manage samples, conduct timely testing, and ensure data generation and vector release + Contribute to routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to uphold operational excellence.
