Downstream Product Manager
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Product Manager on the Emergency Care AED Marketing Team, you will play a key role in setting and executing the marketing strategy for a fast-paced and innovative business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for helping launch best-in-class products, creating sales and marketing tools, and participating in customer-facing activities to promote Stryker’s AED portfolio.

*This is a hybrid role that can support our site either in Portage, MI or Redmond, WA.


What you will do:

Understand key competitors, customer groups, and the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implicationsTrack and report results/KPIs to leadership and salesExplain different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needsMaintain customer engagement and deeply understands customer needsPlay a role in developing key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etcUnderstand competitive dynamics in the marketCreate marketing strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolioPropose objectives for generating clinical evidence and evaluates studiesSynthesize market trends and make recommendations on areas of strategic focusDevelop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans for the product or portfolioWork closely with sales training/sales enablement to set the sales training strategy for the product or portfolioProvide analytical support to set priceArticulate desired communications outcomes consistent with marketing strategy to MarComm teamEstablish short-range and long-range improvement goals for the product management team, and under guidance, develop action plans to achieve those goalsAnalyze customer satisfaction to assess trends in customer engagement, and incorporates trends into strategic planning

What you need


Required:

Bachelor’s degree4 years of work experience


Preferred:

2+ years marketing or product/portfolio experience

$87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
