Summary of Job Duties:A Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs within an organization to enhance employee skills, performance, and knowledge. The role involves assessing training needs, developing instructional materials, and delivering training sessions on various topics, such as software, compliance, leadership, or specific job functions.
This position is a hybrid role, combining both in-person and remote work responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Education or Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related fieldTwo years of relevant professional level experience (e.g., training, leadership development, program design and management, or high impact organizational effectiveness consulting experience) required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of some college course work required and actively pursuing completion of degree.Special Knowledge:
Demonstrates effective internal consulting skills.Knowledge of content development and adult learning theories (ADDIE, Kolb’s Learning, etc.)Knowledge of full range of organization development interventions and change management frameworks and applications.Pursues innovative approaches for implementing strategic solutions.
