**Job Purpose**
The job holder will oversee the recruitment process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including developing recruitment strategies, managing Graduate Trainee and internship programs, and aligning efforts with business needs. The role emphasizes sourcing UAE Nationals, promoting diversity, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient hiring practices. Additionally, the job holder will track and monitor recruitment performance, maintain accurate records, and foster external partnerships to support long-term talent acquisition objectives.
**Key Accountabilities:**
**Recruitment Strategy and Planning**
+ Establish and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan and strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and workforce requirements
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical hiring needs, ensuring recruitment efforts meet organizational goals, are cost-effective, and are completed within established timelines.
+ Regularly assess the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and make adjustments to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality candidates.
**Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**
+ Lead the Talent Acquisition process from initiation to completion, ensuring all recruitment activities meet business needs and comply with internal policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
+ Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates for all open positions by closely working with service provider, ensuring alignment with person specifications and organizational goals.
+ Implement new and innovative sourcing methods, including alternative channels, to attract the best talent, with a specific focus on UAE Nationals and diverse candidates.
+ Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to joining.
+ Drive sourcing strategies for UAE Nationals, ensuring alignment with the company’s diversity goals and legal requirements.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to establish a pipeline of qualified UAE National candidates.
+ Identify opportunities for recruiting diver and gender balanced workforce across the levels within the organisation ensuring diversity and representation within the organization.
**Graduate Trainees (GTs) and Internship Program Management**
+ Establish and manage the program with clear selection criteria, monitoring performance, and tracking interns’ progress through their placements.
+ Manage yearly recruitment for GTs and internship positions and provide placement opportunities upon completion, ensuring interns meet the required performance standards.
+ Develop and maintain partnerships with universities to continuously attract top-tier talent for the internship program.
**Stakeholder Management and Team Support**
+ Collaborate with Internal stakeholders including line managers, Head of departments and leadership to understand hiring needs, streamline the recruitment process, and ensure alignment with business goals and organizational objectives.
+ Complete DHRE Open Days and university tie-ups with accredited institutions, strengthening the company’s employer brand and talent pool.
+ Provide support to the team by managing the HR business partner role in absence of the HRBPs and rotations.
+ Ensure all actions are well-documented and aligned with company standards, resolving issues efficiently and within prescribed timelines.
**Recruitment Tracking and Reporting**
+ Implement and maintain a recruitment tracking system to monitor the status of open positions, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely updates to leadership.
+ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting recruitment progress, challenges, and key insights.
+ Manage the SLA with the service provider and accurate dashboards in relation to the recruitment, ensuring live data is projected for management to take informed decisions.
**Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ Any Relevant certification in Human Resources such as CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) - Level 3 or 5; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) – Preferred
+ Knowledge of HR policies, UAE labour laws, and recruitment best practices.
**Job Specific Skills:**
+ Proficiency in MS office suite, HR systems (HRIS/ Oracle)/recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
+ Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and screening techniques to identify top talent.
+ Ability in sourcing and attracting UAE Nationals, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
+ Skilled in preparing reports / dashboards.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Effective Team management skills - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a business and HC Team.
+ Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
