If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as the Program Manager Divisional Performance Management (DPM) & Business Metrics at DHL Supply Chain! 

In this role, you will drive the further development of Divisional Performance Management (DPM) and Business Metrics.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Establish a globally consistent performance management approach across all Supply Chain functions. Support the successful roll-out to P&L owners and delegates (15,000 users globally). Mediate across functions to support DPM's success and mitigate dependency risks. Support global communication efforts related to regional and country roll-outs. Provide regions/countries with up-to-date change management material/tools. Monitor post-deployment activities to ensure sustainable change. Act as a point of contact for feedback and future improvements. Establish knowledge-transfer and best-practice platforms to encourage exchange among the target audience. Lead Business Metrics weekly calls to align with regions on new or maintenance topics. Act as a point of contact between regional Business Metrics Leads and LOGICS IT. Provide regions/countries with up-to-date documentation, training materials, and data quality processes. Define, develop, test, and monitor new requests to ensure sustainable change. Establish knowledge-transfer and best-practice sharing across regions. Support the expansion of scope and benefits of DPM to Functional dashboards. Coordinate the implementation of additional KPIs/data sources into the DPM Suite. Explore the use of predictive analytics to make DPM more forward-looking.

What we're looking for: 

4-5 years of experience with performance management or similar roles Strong foundation in project/program management, communication, and mediation skills Analytical skills and capacity of conceptual thinking Effective communication skills across multiple regions and geographies Successful collaboration, interface and interaction with senior stakeholders and customers Supply Chain business experience beneficial Cross-functional understanding beneficial (esp. Finance and Ops) Collaborate and coordinate across virtual, global project team
